Very impressive done woodcarving piece - made of solid pine wood and the carvings are made from solid air dried "Linden Wood". The clock features an alpine scene - between wooden oak leaves a handpainted Bavarian hunter - dressed in traditional cloth - is watching the ibex across the wooden dial. On top of the clock a large eagle is watching the scene sitting on a rock with three Edelweis. The 8 day clock (runs 8 days with one winding) coms with moving dancer couples. Height 41 inches (105 cm). The cuckoo will sound twice an hour, once at half an counting the full hour. After the half and full hour the music will play two different tunes. Comes with wooden weights.
